New Feature in the Alliance: Mindfulness Practices!

We believe mental health is just as important as physical health and have incorporated a beautiful suite of mindfulness practices written by Dr. Arnold Kozak from the University of Vermont into our latest release of the Motivation Alliance.

If turned on, participants can access these practices from the left menu in their platform at any time. With mobile access, users can meditate at work, home or on-the-go.
